Over the last year, your generosity grew, and so did our bean production – to 75 bags! These nutritious beans, grown on TKP farms, covered 50% of the beans needed for student lunches. Thanks to our superstar farming team, we can look ahead toward more growth. This year’s crop: Beans across TKP’s farms are almost ready for harvest and projected to be the largest bean harvest in TKP history as we aim for these beans to cover 75% of our needs over the next year. Growing food for student lunches allows us to ensure quality and variety while guarding against market price swings and food shortages.
